Meet your Instructor and Doula
Janet Field HCHI, CHt, CD has a B.S. in Early Childhood Development from Wheelock College in Boston, and is a fully Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. She is a graduate of the Hypnotherapy Academy of America in Santa Fe, a state-licensed school providing one of the most comprehensive state-certified programs in the country available in Hypnotherapy. Janet became a Certified Doula in 1994, personally trained by Pam England (“Birthing From Within)." She worked with Presbyterian Hospital to begin their very successful in-hospital Doula Program.
Janet was among the first 2 Hypnobabies Childbirth Hypnosis Instructors in the country and is on the Advisory Board of the Hypnobabies organization as well as being the world-wide contact point for women who use the Hypnobabies Home Study course. Janet is also a Doula, “Happiest Baby on the Block” Instructor, Hypno-Doula Trainer, a trained midwife.
